Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds


• Due to the nature of our products (herbal and consumable remedies), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.


• Refunds will only be considered for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or if there is a proven error on our part.


• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear evidence (photos or videos) of the damage or error.•

•Submit a copy of your initial test results confirming your positive status. After completing your treatment, retake the test. If the results remain the same, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened or partially used products
